LOVE this one. Love it! In the California Adventure park at Disneyland in CA is a ride called Soarin'. This ride has the guests climb into jumbo size hang gliders holding dozen of people who are lifted off the ground and placed over a massive screen that the riders "soar" over. Projected on the screen are the sights of California and while the ride is in motion, the air is fragranced with scents that match the landscape you're flying over. This oil reminds me of that ride! Clean, fresh air, a hint of tangy ocean breeze, crisp mint, heady eucalyptus trees, watery fern, and dune grass combined with the smooth notes of musk and cedar. This fragrance smells like California and would make an amazing spa scent line!

Directions: All About IFRA
We have IFRA on all fragrance oils and flavor oils on our website.
What do the maximum levels mean? Let's use Almond Paradise as an example. The IFRA guidelines on this state that there are no restrictions for soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc. So does that mean you can use 100% in your product? No. That would mean your product consists of straight fragrance oil.
The IFRA states the *max* that can be used, not the recommended amount. It is the responsibility of the maker to do their research to see what the recommended usage rate of fragrance oil for their particular recipe is.
For soap, as a general rule of thumb you will use up to 5% of fragrance oil in Cold Process (CP) soap and up to 3% in Melt and Pour (M&P) soap.
So, if you see a fragrance oil and the IFRA says 23% for soap, don't use 23%. IFRA is important when it comes to lower numbers. There are a few fragrance oils that have max usage rates that are less than the percentages shown above. In that case, you can only use the max shown for the oil.

COMMENTS: I soaped with this today. Beautiful, complex, clean scent. It has been a few years since I have been on the Soaring over CA ride, so I can't really remember if this smells like that scent or not, but I do really like it. I use a 2 to 1 water to lye ratio, so was very happy to see this slow trace a bit. Can't wait to see how it cures.

"This scent is actually pr..."
COMMENTS: This scent is actually pretty good! Smells soapy OOB but given a chance to unfurl on a test strip it really does have some green outdoorsy character to it while still being a clean ozonic scent. I definitely recommend trying this oil if you like nature scents, it is true to its name. Advantages: True to its name, not a generic ozonic scent

COMMENTS: I really wanted to like this one, however is is very perfumy. I tested it in 444 soy wax and the fragrance is strong but smells more like a cologne than the description suggests.
