Yummm! There are campfires that are smoky and strong, this one is more subtle and clean. Smoky blackberry merlot sparkles in a smooth tobacco flower, whiskey, and cocoa marshmallow on top of crackling sandalwood and cedar with hints of amber and patchouli. If a campfire could be a grownup scent, this would be it.

Directions: All About IFRA
We have IFRA on all fragrance oils and flavor oils on our website.
What do the maximum levels mean? Let's use Almond Paradise as an example. The IFRA guidelines on this state that there are no restrictions for soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc. So does that mean you can use 100% in your product? No. That would mean your product consists of straight fragrance oil.
The IFRA states the *max* that can be used, not the recommended amount. It is the responsibility of the maker to do their research to see what the recommended usage rate of fragrance oil for their particular recipe is.
For soap, as a general rule of thumb you will use up to 5% of fragrance oil in Cold Process (CP) soap and up to 3% in Melt and Pour (M&P) soap.
So, if you see a fragrance oil and the IFRA says 23% for soap, don't use 23%. IFRA is important when it comes to lower numbers. There are a few fragrance oils that have max usage rates that are less than the percentages shown above. In that case, you can only use the max shown for the oil.

COMMENTS: The fragrance soaped well, it gave me time to make so beautiful in the pot swirl, however it discolored to an avocado green. I had used King Tut & Black Oyster, I also added a bit of activated charcoal. I was hoping for gold and black swirls, but it looks more like avocado and light yellow. It smells nice, but I wish it wouldn’t have discolored. On another note, I used my PVC mold and it does look like some sort of planet. At the end, he did like it. Will use it again with no mica and see how it comes out.

"This is my new favorite s..."
COMMENTS: This is my new favorite scent! I used this F.O. for soy wax candles, and they smell amazing! Very authentic campfire scent. I immediately smelled the cocoa when I opened the bottle. After the scent settled in the soy wax, I picked up the notes of leather and musk. Great unisex scent! Advantages: Great cold and hot throw in soy wax Disadvantages: None

"Fantastic. I got a campfi..."
COMMENTS: Fantastic. I got a campfire FO from another company that literally smelled like liquid smoke, and no one wants that in a candle. This FO smells less like a "real" campfire and more like the scents you imagine when you THINK of a campfire if that makes sense. Compared to Bonfire Bliss, this scent is more pronounced and a bit less sweet. Perfect for fall or a "Mandle". Advantages: Strong Scent. Disadvantages: It doesn't come with a fire pit.
