We have IFRA on all fragrance oils and flavor oils on our website.
What do the maximum levels mean? Let's use Almond Paradise as an example. The IFRA guidelines on this state that there are no restrictions for soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc. So does that mean you can use 100% in your product? No. That would mean your product consists of straight fragrance oil.
The IFRA states the *max* that can be used, not the recommended amount. It is the responsibility of the maker to do their research to see what the recommended usage rate of fragrance oil for their particular recipe is.
For soap, as a general rule of thumb you will use up to 5% of fragrance oil in Cold Process (CP) soap and up to 3% in Melt and Pour (M&P) soap.
So, if you see a fragrance oil and the IFRA says 23% for soap, don't use 23%. IFRA is important when it comes to lower numbers. There are a few fragrance oils that have max usage rates that are less than the percentages shown above. In that case, you can only use the max shown for the oil.

"Fresh and fruity."
COMMENTS: This FO is fruity and refreshing. In CP soap, it discolors to a very light tan. It faded somewhat at 3 months, mellowing and losing the distinct notes it has OOB (used at 5% of my oils). Terrific in other bath and body applications, though. A little goes a long a way in scrubs, bath bombs and lotions and whipped butters.
COMMENTS: This has got to be one of my all time favorites! I use it in bath bombs and the sweet, strawberry like scent is intoxicating! Advantages: - Amazing scent

COMMENTS: I usually don’t do reviews but I just had to. I used this fragrance oil to make lotion and it smelled beautiful. It is super sweet and fruity! I can pick up the mango zest scent the most, and then the pineapple. It’s my favorite so far. Advantages: Smells great and super strong. Disadvantages: N/A in creams so far.

COMMENTS: Bora Bora is the tropics in a bottle! Made cold processed soap and had no issues. You can really smell the pineapple. I mixed it with Grapefruit Tangelo and the aroma is fresh and citrus all the way.
Advantages: Sapped with no issues and a good blending scent. Disadvantages: Absolutely none.

COMMENTS: This smelled horrendous to me OOB. Like cough syrup. Bad cough syrup. But I finally tried it with a rainbow themed soap. Behaved well, I haven’t noticed any discoloration. The scent settled nicely, much better once I soaped with it. It’s a fun fruity scent kids might like. Not one of my favorites, but still fun. Advantages: Behaved well, no noticeable discoloration. Disadvantages: Might not be pleasing to all palates.

COMMENTS: OMG Bora Bora is sooooo juicy smelling!!!! No wonder it is a best seller. I used it in CP soap and it smells wonderful. I also had some people come smell the soap, and with all the other soaps I made, the one made with Bora Bora was the biggest hit. (I hope this one is never discontinued-I would be so disappointed)

COMMENTS: This is my absolute favorite fragrance out of all that I've tried from Rustic Escentuals. When I was a kid my babysitter made a frozen treat she called "goop" which was a bunch of fruit and fruit juices mixed together and put in the freezer. This fragrance smells just like her "goop" smelled. Very tropical & fruity, very pleasing. It gave me no issues in cold process soap. Advantages: Smells amazing! Soaps nicely. Disadvantages: None.

COMMENTS: When I first opened this fragrance, my mom and I were blown away at how amazing it smells! I used it in cold process soap and I'm telling you, the fragrance smells just as amazing after cure as when I first poured it from the bottle. This is my second bottle because my customer bought every single bar when I posted the soap in my shop.
