Our Refresher Oil Base mixes with fragrance oils. Use this base with your candle scents to make potpourri refresher oil, liquid potpourri for use in simmering pots, light bulb ring oil, and incense sticks & cones.
Directions:
5 oz. Refresher Oil Base to 1 oz. FO. If making incense, let sticks or cones sit in scented base for 24 hours and remove to drying rack for approx. 3 days.
