COMMENTS: This stuff is fantastic. Be careful not to use too much because a little goes a long way. I only use the minimum percentage recommended with this one, and it is by far the one flavor that stands out above all others. Advantages: Sweet, like dulce de leche. Disadvantages: If you use too much, the flavor oil will separate from the other ingredients in your lip balm formula and pool at the bottom of your pouring beaker.
