Works with most fragrance oils and essential oils - no additional surfactants or preservatives are needed. Biodegradable, environmentally safe & vegan friendly. Meets C.A.R.B (California Air Resources Board) requirements for VOC compliance. NOT FOR USE ON SKIN!
